Paraga Spirit Villa 1 is a breathtaking villa with stunning views of Paradise beach and overlooking Naxos island. It is located between Paradise and Paraga beach, the two most famous beaches of Mykonos Island, only 7 MINUTE WALK (800 meters) TO PARAGA BEACH, where the famous beach clubs of Scorpios, Santanna and Kalua are located, as well as the traditional Nikolas Taverna and Tasos Taverna. From Paraga beach you can also walk, through a seaside path, to the famous beaches of Paradise and Platis Gialos!

Within a 15 min walk(1500 meters) on the main road you reach from the villa the famous beach of Paradise where the known beach bars of Tropicana, Paradise beach and Cavo Paradiso are located!

The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining table and a spacious living room enjoying unobstructed views of the infinity pool and the Aegean sea, 60′ flat-screen Smart TV, a fireplace with an additional seating area and a WC.

Ground floor has four en-suite bedrooms and an additional WC. Three of them have cozy queen size double beds and two of them have their own private patio that enjoys the shade of a beautiful Acacia tree for moments of solitude and relaxation and leads to the pool area! The third master en-suite bedroom has the privilege to offer a hot-tub inside the room. The fourth en-suite bedroom has two spacious single beds specially made for friends and family members who seek extra space and comfort in their sleep.

The upper floor has an individually entranced en-suite bedroom with a queen size bed, with a dome style shower and small refrigerator. This studio offers a sea-view veranda with an infinity hot-tub.

At the pool area, a 6th stone built en-suite bedroom is located, which is also independent having its own entrance and offering direct access to the yard and pool.

Outdoors, you can find a private terrace with pergola-covered lounge areas, dining table, as well as a BBQ, a beautiful infinity pool with rock elements & a hot-tub, offering further stunning sea views.

Additionally, all the en-suite bedrooms have an AC unit and multi-jet shower panels.

Within 350 meters walking from the villa is a bus stop with frequent rides to Mykonos town!
